For the first time in years, I blew up.
Pretty badly. I have no idea what caused the rage. But if it is going to hurt myself or the others around me, do urge me to seek help. Either that, or I am just really really really exhausted. My mind is not in sync with my body today, and when they were, they combust. Scary.
